Teacher Appreciation Days
This is the heart of Uplift Teachers - celebrating what you do every day!
I am available to do little 30-minute Teacher Appreciation Day workshops which are focused on celebrating your teachers for their passion, their creativity, and their contribution to your school, your district and your community. Mini-workshops will focus on relaxation exercises like breathing and mindful movement, celebrating their many accomplishments through reflection exercises, building new self-talk using positive affirmations and helping break negative thought patterns, exercises emphasize individual empowerment using any combination of the exercises mentioned above.
