Jon Kabat-Zinn is the founder of MBSR at UMASS. This is a guided meditation he offers to get you into a calm, meditative state. It is a guided meditation where he will walk you through the process of calming your mind and relaxing your body. It is 40 minutes long, so be sure to have a block of time set aside to get through without interruption, find a quiet place and make sure you will not have any distractions before beginning (shut off electronics, let your family or friends know you shouldn't be disturbed, make sure you have a cushion to sit on and a blanket to use, in case you get cold).
